Active Ladies who were inducted on or before 1992 are eligible to be honored at Syn-Lod 2017. National does not
provide the Silver Elite pin. You must purchase your pin on the website.
Golden Gems - Ladies who have been in TLOD 50 years or longer.
Active Ladies who were inducted in 1964-1967 are eligible to be honored at Syn-Lod 2017. For this initial recogni-
tion, the $60.00 fee will be waived. Please complete the form and return by May 31, 2017.
