37th Annual Area VI Leadership Conference

The Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. (TLOD) held its 37th Annual Area VI Leadership Conference February 22-
25, 2018 at the brand Embassy Suites, Tempe, AZ. It was hosted by both the Phoenix Chapter (President LaV-
ern Tarkington and Mountain West Chapter (President Annie Howard).
The conference was led by Lady Brenda Dodd, National Area VI Director, Lady Kim De Lay Manning Area VI
TTA Assistant Advisor with the assistance of Conference Chairs Lady La Tricia Woods (Phoenix, AZ Chapter)
and Lady Wanda Beauman (Mountain West Chapter, Denver, CO) National officers represented were; Lady Sha-
ron Beard, National First Vice President; Lady Eddie Lee Marsh, National Second Vice President; Lady Velda
Hunter, National TTA Assistant Director; Lady Sandra Clark, National Area II Director, Lady Rose Coker, Na-
tional Assistant Financial Secretary. Top Teens officers included Teens Teen Myles Hemphill, Area VI TTA
President and Teen Benjamin Chapman, National TTA President. Top Ladies, Lords and Teens from Denver,
Las Vegas, Phoenix, Ladera Heights, Carson, City of Angels, Hub City, Las Vegas Altadena, Los Angeles and San
Diego were in attendance.
Our Lords enjoyed attending the Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Clippers Basketball game.
