Greetings,

I am so excited to invite you to the 41st Syn-Lod where we will celebrate the 50th An-
niversary of Top Teens of America. I invite you with much Enthusiasm for all of
the old faces and memories we will see and share, with much Energy for all of the
wonderful activities that we have planned, and with much Excitement for the 50
years of exemplary community service that we are commemorating at the Sheraton
Atlanta Downtown Hotel on June 26 - July 2, 2019, in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Investing Team, with the assistance of the Atlanta Peachtree Chapter, the North
Atlanta Chapter and the NewRock Chapter, is planning an exciting adventure for you
as you travel to the “Peachtree State.” The adventure is so exciting that it is still un-
folding, so we are all in for some surprises. J What we do know is that there will be
something for everyone and no one will leave disappointed. There will be learning
experiences, volunteer and networking opportunities, and recognition of outstanding service. We will also have
some special events planned for you:
• Scavenger Hunt
• Off-Site Tour
• Pizza Party
• On-Site Service Project
• Host Night Decades Party
• Black History Bowl
• 50th Anniversary TTA Alumni Hall of Fame
• 50th Anniversary TTA Alumni Awards Reception
• Literacy Café, Talent Show, Speaker's Tournament, Spelling Bee
• College & Career Panel featuring a Greek "step show"
• TTA Recognition Breakfast with Tim King, CEO of Urban Prep, Guest Speaker
• TTA Alumni Council with election and installation of officers, etc.

This is an election year, so everything that a new officer/committee chairman would need to know will be ad-
dressed at this conference. It is strongly suggested that all newly elected officers attend. An agenda and other rele-
vant information is included in this guide. Please review the deadlines and adhere thereto. You can also access in-
fo at www.tlod.org. Please make hotel reservations as soon as possible so that additional rooms may be added to
the block, if necessary.

I am excited and I am looking forward to meeting you in Atlanta as we celebrate 50 years of TTA Service and con-
tinue “Investing in V.A.L.U.E.S. that Support, Enhance, and Sustain.”
