West” city of St. Louis, MO. The conference got off to
a bustling start as Ladies, Lords and Teens arrived
Thursday afternoon. Ladies and Teens held their execu-
tive meetings, the Area III Franchell Boswell committee
met, Vendors set up and Delegates training occurred
prior to Opening sessions. Top Teen Advisors Institute
was held with Lady Janice Simons presiding. President’s
institute and dinner was held simultaneously. Presidents
were presented with awards for their years of service as
chapter presidents.
Lady Tommica Atkins introduced the Area and National
officers. Teen Jasmine Thompson, Area Top Teen Pres-
ident and Lady Mary Leach Davis, Area III Director
presided over the Opening Session. Teen Jelani Chisum
and Lady Melanie Coleman led the parade of chapters.
