Public Meeting At the public meeting greetings were brought by

Commissioners, Chairwoman Audrey M. Ed-
monson-District 3, School Board Member Dr.
Dorothy Bendross-Minidgall, representative
from the International Longshoremen's Associ-
ation Local 1416 Torin Ragin, Provost Dr.
Adrienne Cooper, CVB Joe McCray and Dou-

presented the U.S., State, and County flags.
