Ladies unable to attend the conference must make arrangements for their conference materials to
be picked up. No registration materials and other amenities will be mailed.
If you have dietary requirements, please complete form and/or inform registration.
Hotel
The hotel does not provide scooters or wheelchairs.
Please wear and/or bring comfortable shoes. The ballrooms are a nice walk from the sleeping area.
There are a lot of sitting places in the hotel lobby area and along the path to the meeting rooms.
Please contact hotel directly for special accommodations.
