Latinas Powering Forward

FILLING THE LAST QUARTER OF THE GLASS

There is a lot of positive energy behind the progress that Latinas are making, however, pervasive challenges remain.
We highlight three pressing issues and acknowledge that this is in no way an exhaustive review of hurdles on the way
to improving standards for Latinas as a whole.

                                                                             For every $1 earned

While Latinas are making inroads in education and have
progressed across professions, there remain significant
differences in the percentage of Latina millennials with a Asian American 90¢

Working toward equal pay is an ambition for Latinas, as
it is an ambition for all women. While Latinas typically African American 62¢
