for modern Datacenter.

BladeRunner

Cabling on complex structures like BladeCube and
the necessity to assure cabling link from one cabinet
to the next or from one side of corridor to the other,
has driven to the design of the special cable duct
roof “BladeRunner” developed for the BladeCube
project, with the following functionalities:
Protection of wire integrity, avoiding compression
and bendings which could result in serious
damages.
Easy installation of big quantity of cables linking
the equipments installed inside the racks, facilitating the replacement or eventual maintenance operations which require
equipments removal.
Improvement of rack isolation; furthermore, the roof coverage highlights the design of BladeCube, in
respect of worldwide appreciated “Italian Design”.

BladeCooling

It is a modular cooling device,
scalable and performer of high
energy efciency.
BladeCooling synthesizes two
key parameters: Low energy
consumption and capability to face
high thermal charges. In fact, the
system can dissipate thermal loads
from 4 up to as much as 32 kW per
unit.
Its high cooling performance is
assured by the employ of a water
chiller or a gas direct expansion
(DX) system combined to a motor
condensing unit class A.

ActiPower
Actipower is an enhanced Power Distribution and
Monitoring Unit for servers installed in the rack. ActiPower
is the power Distribution Unit

enabling
monitoring of electrical
and micro-environmental parameters (see ActiPower
chapter further on).
