• Design and build to enable any footprint of building(From a few racks to hundreds of racks.)
• Be scalable over the operating life i.e. expandable, in terms of physical size and power density.
• Provide low skill build capability – local labour to be used where possible.
• Be suitable for a wide range of site challenges.
• Require minimal plant and machinery for the build process.
• Rapid project delivery and low cost – both Capex and Opex.
