Cross Flow Options

Some “IT” rack mounted equipment requires cross air flow as opposed to for and
aft flow of most other equipment. Cross flow is readily achieved by either, omitting one or

two air management glands of the approximate ‘U’ height of the cross flow chassis, or

trimming the brush strip at the ‘U’ position, which ever is appropriate.
Rear as well as front air management components will enhance efficiency in such cases.

Blank Cabling Apertures – For Cabinet Roof

These plastic mouldings to fit into the cabling apertures in the roof of ServerSmart

Cab and Smart Cab enclosures. In place of the finger-type cabling mouldings when the
roof is required to have the cabling apertures blanked off.
