Interval-based Recommendations:
Both OEM and aftermarket article recommendations for transfer case fluids ranged from 12,000 to 60,000 miles. 30,000 and 45,000 miles are the most commonly recommended intervals.
Condition-based Recommendations:
The differential gearbox lubricant is a heavy gear oil similar to some worm gear oils which were used as a general guide. Noria’ s limits for differentials are listed below.

Motor oil change intervals are the most controversial of automobile lubricants. OEMs, lubricant suppliers and quick-change operators publish recommendations that vary widely. The three domestic auto makers (Chrysler, Ford and General Motors) recommend a standard range of 3,000 to 7,500 miles depending on whether the vehicle is operating under "normal" or "severe" driving conditions. Most lubricant suppliers recommend following OEM specifications, but a few provide their own recommendations. For example, ExxonMobil has created lines of motor oil that they guarantee to a specific mileage (e.g., Mobil 1 Extended Performance synthetic guarantees engine protection for up to 15,000 miles). Most service stations follow the OEM manuals or suggest a 3,000 mile
interval. Chek-Chart publishes a quick lubrication guide summarizing the OEM specifications for a list of domestic and import vehicles driven in the US.
