             Rule 7: nouns which have their own way to form plural



             Child →  Children      Man →  Men       Foot →  Feet


             Person →   People       Tooth →  Teeth     Goose →  Geese

             Mouse →   Mice        Louse →  Lice

             Salmon →   Salmon    Sheep →  Sheep  Deer →   Deer


















           FORM PLURAL NOUNS

           Rule 1: add “-S” to most nouns


           Rule 2: add “-ES” if nouns end in “-S/ -X/ -SH/ -CH”

           Rule 3: remove “-Y” and add “-IES” if nouns end in consonant plus “-Y”


           Rule 4: change “-F” to “-VES” if nouns end in “-F/-FE”


           Rule 5: add “-ES” if nouns end in “-O”


            Rule 6: nouns which come from Latin and Greek


            Rule 7: nouns which have their own way to form plural
