CUBITRON II
FOR PAINTERS
Now painters can benefit from 3M Cubitron with the introduction of the new fine grades: 240+ and 320+. 3M Cubitron II abrasives family of PSG abrasive
discs, wheels, and belts feature 3M's Precision- Shaped Grain (PSG) which results in an abrasive that cuts 30 per cent faster and lasts twice as long as conventional ceramic abrasives. They also run cooler, while producing superior results on the surface. The discs also incorporate the clean sanding hole construction which provides superior dust extraction, while maintaining the abrasive performance. All these features combined provide significant labour savings to the repairer, which when compared to traditional ceramic abrasive discs, aids in reducing your total cost for the repair, which means more profit per repair.

3 MINUTE UV CURE
The new Honle LED UV Lamp from PPG cures in just three minutes. Engineered and manufactured in Germany by leading brand, Dr. Honle AG, the Honle LED UV Lamp features the latest in LED technology and this means it comes with a host of advantages compared with conventional LED lamps.
Thanks to the precise arrangement of the high-intensity LEDs, it produces a very consistent light distribution, making it easier to target the repair area. LED technology also means that the unit can be switched on and off as often as needed and requires no warm-up or cool down. It also features much lower power consumption, along with a far longer service life. The typical service of an LED is more than 20,000 hours. The ergonomic design of the lamp makes it easy to handle and there is the option to use it in hand-held mode or attached to the handy optional stand. It's also important to recognise that the Honle LED UV Lamp only emits light in the UV-A spectrum ensuring that it's safe to use when wearing the appropriate PPE (gloves and goggles are supplied with the unit).
Now available from PPG distributors and Protec distributors, the Honle LED UV Lamp and the UV Lamp Stand can be purchased together as a kit or each can be purchased separately.
