SPRAY BOOTHS
TIME TO GET YOUR SKATES ON WITH PAN
PAN SPRAY BOOTHS Australia has introduced its latest model spray booth to Australia with the latest concept model the Platinum Landau.
The Landau has all the technological features of the standard Platinum model incorporating the skate and rail system to minimise movement of vehicles in the repair shop and reduce bottlenecks.
The advantage of the skate and rail system is vehicles are loaded onto the skates in a pre- paint area to allow
final repairs and prep to be conducted
prior to entry to the spray booth,
without a change of direction until the vehicle is ready to leave the spray booth after completion of paint work.
Vehicles are loaded into the spray booth via an automated fully insulated segment roller door.
The Italian manufactured skate and rails
are steel in construction with bearing
roller machined wheels to accommodate vehicles of all sizes and weights.
Increasing workshop revenue and productivity while reducing vehicle movements are essential for proprietors in the vehicle repair industry to remain competitive and viable.
Many studies have been concluded over the last 15 years on how many movements a vehicle in the workshop encounters during the repair process. Suffice to say anytime we can reduce the “bottleneck” is a positive.
This can be achieved with the Pan Platinum Landau.
Three of the Pan Platinum Landau spray booths along with a total of fourteen customised preparation bays and three paint mix rooms were recently installed at Quest Collision Centre in Asquith, NSW.
The Pan Platinum Landau is available in a range of options
