SPRAY BOOTHS
THE LATEST IN REFINISH TECH FROM PANDA
A practical example comes from a Panda customer in New Zealand who decided to invest in new technology to assist productivity in his space challenged facility.
The new thermFlo Smart Refinishing Centre enabled him to double the output of his refinish facility from 15-20 cars
a week, up to 40 cars a week regularly which was credited to the drying arch and the ability of the booths to reach temperature so quickly.
Panda’s thermFlo system has been exclusively developed by Panda Spray booths through years of experimentation to bring its product and service to the next level with cutting edge and up-to-date technologies to satisfy the demands
of the Australiasia marketplace.

The thermFlo smart refinishing centre comes with two vehicle spray booths and prep bays to help maximise productivity in the shop.
PRODUCTIVITY IS THE key to success, especially when it comes to vehicle refinishing. With Panda’s latest refinishing centre, the thermFlo series, reaching peak productivity is easier than ever.
The new thermFlo Smart Refinishing Centre is capable of reaching operating temperature in three minutes and features a unique Digital Direct Fired Modulating System (DDFMS) which optimally controls the
direct fired burner and airflow
through the latest on board
computer system.
The centre consists of a two vehicle prep bay, complete with a new Rapid Cure Type A Electric Powered Semi Automatic IR arch facing two spray booths.
On each side of the bays is a
fully enclosed storage station
containing a vacuum system,
two retractable air hoses, power outlets, storage cabinets and a trash bin.
A vital factor for a smart repair centre to run continuously and reliably is the technical back-up it utilises. As increasingly intensive computerised devices and programs
are being adopted into the system, shops will need to keep up with the new technology and the thermFlo series simplifies that technical element to ensure your refinishers can be productive in the booth.
