SPRAY BOOTHS
WHY YOU SHOULD USE MASTERBOOTH, NO MATTER THE SIZE
When looking to upgrade your spray booths, it’s crucial to make sure that you’re getting the right fit, says Steven Kaye of Masterbooth.
MASTERBOOTH, THE NAME is synonomymous with quality, affordability, innovation and service.
The name and the products have existed since 1983, that is, 35 years. And existed and grown we have, although recent government actions and “level playing field” policies have made manufacturing difficult in Australia.
During the last 35 years, Masterbench P/L has provided products to the collision repair industries of Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea, the Pacific Islands, and China.
Masterbench/Masterbooth has two
manufacturing facilities, one in Victoria
and one in Queensland. From these two
factories, the Masterbooth products are
electronically designed and manufactured
by computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery which include, but not limited to turret punches, laser cutters, folders, duct makers, welders and saws. All components are made to tolerances of virtually zero for perfect fit. We even make our own galvanized floor grids of high strength steel and of a low enough weight to be comfortably handled, even by a child.
On a recent large project of 84 metres in length, the overall dimensions were less than 4 millimetres longer than the designed length. That is the value of electronic design and manufacture and good quality control.
Masterbooth constantly investigates methods of improvement, in design and application. We have appliances which cater for
every type of spray booth, baking oven, preparation bay, powder coating line and batch oven. Our paint rooms are not always standard modules; we go the extra mile to custom make paint rooms to take advantage of every millimeter of space available.
Masterbooth excels in work shop layouts and work flows.
A good example is when a potential client needs to increase throughput but has limited space and does not want to relocate. The example is Trend Smash of Rocklea in Brisbane. Due to flood damage, the whole shop was totaled. The booths were write-offs. Masterbooth was called in for a quote to resurrect the paint
shop. The owner listened carefully to what we had to say. He agreed to a setup of one booth, one dedicated oven and he had just enough room for a two and a half car prep area. We installed the described system with track rails running through the prep bays, to the booth, to the oven and out to a cooling and de-nibbing area. The net result was an increase in throughput and
a dollar increase in sales of 30%-35% with the same staff!! Those figures tell me an increase of profits of well over 45%. The paint shop equipment was paid off in very
short time. Others who have invested with us in similar systems claim the same figures.
Masterbooth offers you technology which makes you money. Take advantage of it. We have all the equipment you
may need, from spray out cabinets to booths, to IR systems both electric or gas, to prep bays, to multi bay, multi booth track master systems and everything else, in between and beyond.
Advance your business, increase profits, enjoy service second to none with Masterbooth, the Australian company committed to servicing the refinish industry in Australia and beyond.
