Assembled in Australia within CAPS’ own 3000m2 ISO9001 accredited manufacturing plant, the CAPS Brumby 5 – 15 kW range can be configured with correctly sized components and options that will suit your business’s exact requirements.
The massive 500 litre (nominal) mounted air receiver provides many benefits; including cooler air to improve air quality, extra air storage capacity for spikes in air demand, and longer cycle times to reduce power and wear from frequent stops and starts.
The Brumby features an air-cooled design with 43Oc ambient continuous-duty rating, energy saving MEPS compliant WEG IP55 motor, easy to operate electronic
controller and a high efficiency
asymmetric airend. The Brumby is also easy to service and is low sound thanks to its durable acoustic enclosure.
The Brumby is available as
a “Complete Solution” which includes a refrigerated dryer and filtration package, ensuring the effective removal of contaminants for ultimate clean and dry air. Contaminated compressed air in your system can create problems ranging from the inconvenience
and cost of increased downstream maintenance, downtime or increased power consumption, through to damaged equipment and end products.
The biggest advantage of the Brumby Complete Solution option is the refrigerated air dryer, which is sized specifically for Australian conditions to achieve greater drying efficiency and
a lower dew point. The dual filters provide condensate and oil removal to a tiny 0.01micron, featuring readily visible differential pressure gauges for element replacement and inbuilt automatic drain valves.
