FINIXA HAS INTRODUCED A NEW RANGE OF SANDING DISCS
to its line-up of abrasive products. The Sharp White sanding discs are made of self-sharpening ceramic aluminium oxide grains. Once used, grains are broken out of the granulate by the sanding forces, creating new and sharp grain tips. This gives a very high initial cutting power, which in turn results in saving sanding time and labour costs.
The disc comes with a white, anti-clogging coating that helps keep it from loading up during sanding. It evacuates the heat/temperature which results in a cooler surface. This anti-clogging feature means both longer life and more effi- cient sanding.
The multi-hole pattern ensures better dust extraction. Better dust removal also results in more sanding efficiency and a longer disc life. Additionally, the multi-hole pattern allows a quick and easy disc change on any type of pad. The film backing is tear-resistant, brings a smooth and even sur- face finish and is suited for wet and dry applications. The ultra flat film backing results in a consistent scratch pattern.
Available in both a 150mm disc and a 75mm variant, these new abrasives will have you covered for every job down to spot and SMART repairs.
These discs have been adapted to the latest paint systems on the market, allowing them to work perfectly on air-drying primers, scratch-resistant clear coats and UV cured paints.
