IQBODYGROUP EXPANDS INTO NSW
ABOVE: IQAutoBody’s first shop in NSW; the group has plans to expand furhter in 2021.
QBODYGROUP HAS TAKEN OVER
AC&P Smash in Five Dock. The facility will become iQAutoBody Five Dock once
the company has completed the renovations and branding in the first week of January 2021. It is the group's first foray into New South Wales. Frank and Mimma Ianelli have run this repair centre for 33 years and now look forward to a restful retirement. It's the group's smallest centre to date but one in a fantastic location, being
one street back from Parramatta Rd.
All of the group's Extreme Dents Centres will see a change in the New year says managing director Sandra Noach: "For many years people have thought that we only do dents – I guess it’s in the name. So to ensure that the market understands we also undertake traditional repairs we'll be realigning our brands. Extreme Dents is now our PDR and hail arm and iQAutoBody will be applied to all of
our fixed sites. Our new iQAutoBody centres are all co-branded with Ex- treme Dents, AutoXCarCare and iQurb so that when customers visit they know they are in the right place.
"Our expansion is brought on by the need to have centres not only for our existing client base but for our AutoX- CarCare membership program. Many of our customers who buy our member- ship at dealerships live in townhouses or apartments without parking space, so sending a mobile repairer is not an option. To have the option for them to attend our centres when they need to make a repair request is valuable for them and for our brand," Noach said.
Despite all of the challenges of 2020 the group opened three new repair cen- tres at Altona and Boxhill South in Vic- toria and Five Dock in Sydney. iQAuto- Body now has six fixed sites as well as a fleet of mobile PDR and wheel repair vans. AutoXCarCare is purchased at dealers and ensures car buyers can keep their car looking brand new with the re- pair of small dents and scratches includ- ed in the membership price.

FIX AUTO ROCKHAMPTON
FIX AUTO ROCKHAMPTON (PREVIOUSLY
known as Classic Bodyworks), owned by Rick and Sue Norris, signed up to be part of Fix Auto Australia and has com- pleted rebranding.
Commenting on the changes Rick said: “The old exterior of our business really didn’t do justice to the quality and service we delivered from within, the building almost disappeared into the surrounding area and nothing stood out that said we are here. The Fix Auto branding is bold and engaging and cer-
tainly sets the shop apart from every- thing around us.
“Just the simple act of rebranding has given the whole business a spring in its step and gets the whole team on board with our next exciting chapter at Fix Auto," Sue said. "Our first few customers through the doors this week are also very complimentary. We have always given amazing service and quality and that shines through even more now the shop has transformed its look and feel”.
