hall at the ICC in Darling Harbour and seeing the space transformed with exhibitor stalls, competitions, masterclasses, demonstrations, and summits. The organisers alway put on a sharp show, and it was a lot of fun being able to chat to visitors and fellow exhibitors, and to see first-hand the latest developments in food and beverage. Thank you to everyone who came by our stand to say hello.
This year’s program had one particular highlight for me. Since starting at foodservice back in 2016, it’s been a dream to be able to showcase, spotlight and support the bright, young stars we have working within our industry. So it was a thrill to be able to launch of our inaugural 30 Under 30 awards program at the expo. It was a privilege to host our young, award-winners as well as their friends and families. Clearly a skilled and accomplished group, the future of the Australian foodservice and hospitality industries is indeed very bright.
