AUTOPULSE 220-M3 IS A MIG / MAG
pulsed generator with three integrated wire feeders. Equipped with a digital PFC (Power Factor Correction) the Au- topulse supplies pulsed welding quality comparable to three-phase products. Designed for highest performance, the 220-M3 features several synergic curves which enables exceptional arc quality. The Autopulse 220-M3 is incredibly versatile and features three welding torches for use with multiple materials including steel, aluminium and brazing (CuSi3 / CuAl8). The intuitive interface and high precision wire feed are ideal for car body applications with excep- tional welding quality even when used with thin sheet materials.
220-M3 sports a new interface which has been simplified with a large colour screen for easy control of the welding cycle set up. You can save up to 500 welding programs for repetitive tasks.
UNIVERSAL RIVETING SYSTEM
THIS UNIVERSAL RIVETING SYSTEM CAN
save thousands of dollars versus having to purchase numerous riveting systems as specified individually by various OEMs. The premier PNP90 XT2 is an ad- justable 10-ton pneumatic hydraulic sys- tem for riveting and pressing out self- piercing rivets. The standard PNP90 has a pushing (compression) force of 6-ton. Blind rivet capability is also available to run from the same system. The equip- ment’s universal OEM rivet technology enables adaption of various attachments for different OEM homologated applica- tions. It is specifically developed for the most difficult materials such as ultra high strength steels and modern dissim- ilar laminate materials in the automo- tive, truck and bus repair industry.
