THE CDR1 COSMETIC DENT REPAIR
workstation from Car-O-Liner is a value- packed repair cart that allows you to quickly and efficiently provide profes- sional repairs of light cosmetic damage. These quick cosmetic collision repairs generate good margins, faster cycle times and a decreased need for invest- ments in expensive, heavy equipment.

With its small footprint the CDR1 work- station is perfect for all workshops un- dertaking cosmetic repairs on alumini-
um and steel. The wide range of colour-coded tools are neatly arranged in the workstation which can be be rolled around the workshop as needed.
The workstation contains the unique- ly designed CR235 Combi Spotter which performs equally well pulling dents out of steel or aluminium body panels. It quickly attaches studs for dent pulling or grounding. The high-tech discharge process creates the weld without damag- ing heat sensitive aluminium parts. It is equipped with two dedicated guns, one for steel and one for aluminium.
There are five storage drawers with custom, padded inserts: steel, alumini- um, glue, holder and push-pull kits. In complete station features carbon fibre pull bars, side-dent removal tool as well as pulling tools.
There are three versions of the work- station: basic, advanced and master. The basic has all you need for steel and aluminium light repairs, the advanced includes a glue kit and the master also has a glue, holder and push-pull kit.
