As one of the country’s most trusted brands by consumers, MHIAA has scooped up the 2020 Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customer Award in the 2020 Air Conditioners category.
This is the second year in a row that MHIAA has received this prestigious award having also taken out the 2019 Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customer Award. Dedicated to delivering engi- neering excellence, the Mitsubishi Heavy Indus- tries Brand is fast becoming one of the most awarded brands of air conditioners in Australia.
As Australia’s most trusted comparison web- site, Canstar Blue was born out of the prominent Canstar brand in 2010 and is focused on consum- er goods across 150-plus categories.
The findings are based on independent, profes- sional customer satisfaction research and ratings as well as in-house expert research and ratings. Canstar Blue’s annual air conditioner review rates air conditioning brands on functionality and fea- tures, noise, ease of use, reliability, value for mon- ey and overall consumer satisfaction to help Aus- tralians pick the best air conditioner for their needs in preparation for the coming summer.
From a survey of over 1000 participants, MHIAA was the only brand to receive a five- star rating for overall satisfaction to take out the 2020 Award.
Along with this MHIAA was also the only brand of air conditioners to receive a five-star rating for five out of the six customer satisfaction ratings which included functionality, reliability,

Developed for both residential and commercial applications, the new VRV-S HSE Series is available in 3 models, with 11.2kW, 14.0kW and 16.0kW.
With the outdoor unit dimensions of 870 (H) x 1100 (W) x 460mm (D), the 39 per cent height reduction from the cur- rent VRV IV-S Series makes it easier to handle, transport and install.
The smaller footprint offers a discreet installation and low noise solution, whilst the longer piping length of up to 120m al- lows a wide range of options for installa-
tion locations including balconies or roof- tops of residential apartments.
The outdoor unit fan is designed with 40Pa ESP, enabling ductwork connection as required.
Furthermore, the new VRV-S HSE of- fers design flexibility and a wide selection of up to 14 indoor units that can be con- nected to a single outdoor unit.
Featuring a refrigerant cooled PCB, the outdoor unit’s operation range has been extended up to 52°C achieving a comfort- able indoor environment despite high outdoor temperatures. ✺
