for another year of outstanding food and spectacular service. Following the most recent Grow Assembly, we’re looking at continuing hospitality education, as it’s far too hard to come by in Australia. Mid-career training is something that’s been largely overlooked, but to retain staff, be better chefs and restaurateurs, and grow your business and the industry, collaborating and learning with each other
is vital. This month, industry professionals share their knowledge and stories, from why Australian seafood deserves our respect, to how to get loyal, regular customers, to celebrating young chefs, front-of-house staff, winemakers and producers. What a pleasure it was creating my first issue, and I look forward to sharing more insights with you this year.
