DEEP FRYING IN FOCUS

The large, single pan fryers from Lotus are one of the most flexible and versatile ranges on the market. The versatility comes directly from the large basin size, opening up your options in regards to what you fry as well as the size of the product. The fryers are perfect for small confectionary products, such as doughnuts, all the way up to whole fish and schnitzels.
