ly with workshop technicians and suppli- ers as part of her role.
Kylie enjoys the team environment at Bellarine Smash Repairs as well as the ongoing opportunities that AMA Group offer such as being able to move across sites and experience different roles. She has worked in the collision repair indus- try for over 25 years. Over that time she has developed a wealth of knowledge and industry experience. She completes learning as required, to ensure that she is up to date with the latest technology and industry or vehicle manufacturer changes. She also helps to train other parts managers within her region.
Kylie was a part of the team at Inkerman Panels for over 25 years, starting in admin- istration and progressing over time to the site centre manager role. She stepped away and joined the team at Bellarine Smash Re- pairs two year ago.
Kylie brings knowledge, enthusiasm, kindness and drive to the team. She is well respected by her peers who cannot speak highly enough of her. She has a good rapport with her suppliers and will go above and beyond to source a part. Her end of month credits are always at a minimum thanks to her experience and understanding of the industry.

Kelly started out as a pastry chef which is one of the more unusual ca- reer paths into collision repair that we’ve encountered. She worked at the dealer group Dwyers and when they bought Riviera Panels she headed over to keep the parts department in order and well as perming customer service roles. She’s been with the company for over 15 years.
Her nominator Darryl Webb says:
“Kelly in incredible. She has an amazing memory and can greet all the customers and people she interacts with by name. She also remembers everyone’s birthday and put sher former career to great use making fantastic cakes for them for re- ally special smoko breaks.”
Kylie brings knowledge,
enthusiasm, kindness and drive to the team.”
Kelly goes the extra mile to help any colleague or customer to sort out prob- lems. She deals with all the parts inter- preters on a daily basis and is very well liked, respected and sometimes feared – she’s no pushover. Thanks to her the parts department is well organised and runs smoothly. She keeps herself up to day with all of the latest developments on the software she uses like iBodyshop and Audanet.
“Kelly is an absolute asset to our business and hopefully with be with us for a very long time. She’s makes me laugh and has a great attitude and outlook on life. She is a job to work with,” says Darryl.
