PROCRASTINATION 2021 was full of uncer- tainty, this led to a lot of decisions being put on the back burner. But no more. It's time to stop delaying, commit and make a change. Be the master of your own des- tiny. 2021 taught us that we cannot con- trol everything, but we can control our reaction to things. It may seem crazy but the best way to stop putting things off is
to start with something small. Some- times all you need is a little push to get yourself motivated and on track.
FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN Uncertainty in 2021 has made it difficult to know what's com- ing next or how to prepare for it. Many people are so gripped by fear that they are refusing to even consider new possibilities no matter how badly they may want them. It's time to let go of this fear and truly live. You have one life, live it. There will al- ways be uncertainty, the only thing we
can do is embrace it and take every chal- lenge as it comes. Change is not easy. Change can be scary, but if you have been struggling to move forward in 2021 then maybe you need change to happen.
NEGATIVITY Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, either way, you are right. 2021 was a tough year for everyone, often triggering emotions of anger and frustration. Those feelings are under- standable but it's time to leave them be- hind. It might not be easy but try to do
