BAD HABITS Look, we all know that habits are hard to break. Bad habits often lead to more problems than they are worth. If you want to make 2022 your best year yet it's time to leave the bad habits behind and adopt good ones instead. If you are struggling to know where to start, then try changing one habit at a time. This may feel slow and frustrating, but it is better than starting with nothing and giving up halfway through the process.

GROWTH MINDSET We all have a choice when it comes to how we deal with challenges that come our way. We can either choose 'fixed mindset' or 'growth mindset'. A fixed mindset is one where you believe your potential is fixed. This means you are only able to go so far in life and there's no point trying to improve beyond that. A growth mindset, on the other hand, is one where you believe people have unlimited capability to learn new skills and grow throughout their lives. It really comes down to perspective when it comes to mindset, so switch to a growth mindset if there's ever been a problem with you not reaching your full potential before.

Toxic people can cause you problems whether by stirring up trouble or simply dragging everyone else down. It's time to let them go and surround yourself with quality team members.

PLANNING Planning is important, every- one should do it. The future can be scary but if you take the time to plan for what's coming next it won't feel like such a challenge. Make sure you incorporate time for learning. If you are not happy with where you currently are then try- ing to change it by learning new skills
