agement powerhouse capable of servicing more people and buildings than ever before.
75F CEO, Deepinder Singh, said the Hyper- Stat brings IAQ data forward by bundling eight digital sensors into a single affordable, con- nected device.
"This coupled with software-defined control sequences opens up vast possibilities for better building operation. Our customers can breathe
easy — we'll do the rest,” he said. Built-in sequences for occu- pancy detection include auto- away and force-occupy set- tings that, along with a door and window opening sensor, give the HyperStat flexibili- ty to optimise indoor envi- ronments — no matter the current building
schedule.

for large hospitality customers and a more user- friendly interface allow fine-grained individual zone control.
HyperStat works out of the box with 75F's IoT- based Building Management System or can be integrated into other BMS solutions via Mod- bus/BACnet. The device allows constant recom- missioning and creates its own network, reduc- ing cost barriers and bringing far more points to HVAC sequences of operation to reduce energy consumption and improve occupant comfort, health, and productivity.

BUILDING AUTOMATION LEADER 75F has announced the newest addition to its suite of software-defined hardware, the 75F HyperStat.
Its eight onboard sensors and industry-lead- ing connectivity make the device the most ad- vanced thermostat and humidistat on the mar- ket today, 75F said.
The HyperStat senses for temperature, hu- midity, CO2, occupancy, light, sound, volatile or- ganic compounds (VOCs), and optional particu- late matter, making it an affordable one-stop device for WELL Building Standard support.
Data from these sensors feed wirelessly into a real-time analytics package and inform 75F's built-in, Guideline 36-compliant control algo- rithms.
Additionally, the HyperStat comes packed with four analog inputs, three analog outputs, and six relays that leverage software-defined control capabilities for all types of standalone

multi-stage and modulating packaged HVAC equipment - from PTAC units to heat pumps and fan coils found in commercial buildings.
It can also act as the local interface and sens- ing for VAV controllers.
Combined, these features mould the Hyper- Stat into an energy and indoor air quality man-
       Controller manages multiple fan networks
AIR MOVEMENT AND indoor air quality company, Airius, has released its new BACnet MS/TP destratification fan controller.
The company’s director of sales and market- ing, Christian Avedon, said integrating the BAC- net fan control into a building’s network will save money and improve comfort.
“By providing improved control and monitor- ing, our new fan controller empowers you to com- mand your facilities and provide a more consist- ent and comfortable environment,” he said.
The destratification fan controller provides in- dividual Airius fan control and status integra- tion over the BACnet MS/TP network.
Up to 63 fans can be connected per MS/TP network, and multiple networks can be created for integration of hundreds of fans.
The new controller is easy to configure and install, with no software needed, enabling build- ing owners and facility managers to monitor their Airius fan system, reduce energy consump- tion and improve the comfort of their buildings.
Additional features of the new controller in- clude the following:
• On/off, fan speed control and revolutions-per-
minute (RPM) monitoring;
• Compatibility with electronically commutat-
ed (EC) motors;
• UL-accepted for use in plenum, NEMA 1 en-
closed housing; and
• Easy system addressing and baud rate changes
through dual inline package (DIP) switch settings. Download the fan controller data sheet at airiusfans.com
