Adelene has gone from strength to strength in her ascendancy to head chef since her Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award win. Playing an integral role as Sous Chef at Bang Street Food since its launch, Adelene then stepped up to head chef at House of Crabs. Next on her horizon is jetting off to Chicago, where she will take a working stage at the two Michelin-starred, Arcadia restaurant.
