Owner Anthony Arnold scooped Best New Shop for his stunning, purpose- built facility in Forrestdale back in 2017. Then Best Large Shop and Operational
Excellence in 2018.
Every time we visit there’s something
new. Like a whole new workshop out the back and new services offered. Firstly Arnold offered mechanical servicing – both retail and accident related, giving him a chance to interact with his cus-
tomer base and profit from the interac- tion outside of accident damage. Then tyres were added to portfolio and now wheel refurbishment.
Arnold says: “A number of years ago we decided that if we were to have a long term future in the industry we had to ensure that we delivered an outstand- ing customer experience. With this goal in mind we established a new facility which reflects the high standards our customers increasingly expect. We see the future is as a one stop shop where we can undertake all work related to ac- cident damage vehicles including pre and post scanning and, in the medium term, ADAS calibration.”
