J OHNNY KARAVASILIAS’ brand new city shop Marrickville Pres- tige Smash in Syd- ney was part of the Paint & Panel shop tour back in March and very much admired. Before he could re- pair one car in this state-of- the-art facility, bang – lock- down. Karasavelis is a tough, determined repairer and managed to ride out lock- down, land an IAG contract and become a Tesla approved repairer, to add to his other three OEM approvals. Both the original shop and the
new one pumping now.

BPS BANKSTOWN
BPS Bankstown, Sydney has not only achieved I-CAR Gold this year but also added a Tesla approval to go its Subaru, Holden, GM, Volk- swagen and Chevrolet approvals. Business owner Warren Renno said: “BPS Autobody started the journey of becoming a Tesla Approved Body- shop almost eight months ago clock- ing almost 300 collective hours of training. We would like to thank Tesla Australia for this great oppor- tunity in becoming a Tesla approved bodyshop.
“I would also like to extend a big shout out to Team BPS administra- tion and technicians for accomplish- ing all the required training and ful- filling Tesla’s requirements in safety and repair procedures.”
