undertake truck repairs. It’s very much a family business with second generation owner Peter Adams working alongside his children. I think the last time we visited was back in 2011 when it was relatively new and it still looks as good today despite the volumes going through.

We love the customer receiving process
which saves both the customer and the shop time – no queuing at reception. The EV charging stations are very styl- ish too and much needed as MPSR is a Tesla repairer. This is a gigantic shop by Sydney’s inner west standards and it costs an eye-watering amount in rent so it’s just as well the team of around 50 are repairing around 150 cars per week – and these aren’t bumper kisses.
John and Sarah Karavasilias make a great management duo and appear to have creat- ed a good team culture which is so impor- tant to retain talent in the current market with so much competition for technicians.
