Owner Kate Presnell says: “Brad is a very giving individual with exceptional integ- rity. He would do anything for anyone and would not even consider the impacts
on himself. He would stay late or start early to help his team get a job done. He'd do things on a weekend, without any ex- pectation of getting something in return. No matter what it is, he offers to help. He is incredibly supportive and loyal to our business and is a key member in our team, which we call our family.
“Brad doesn't like attention and he doesn't take positive feedback or flattery well. He consistently goes above and be- yond to ensure his team are all good, customers are happy and the business is doing well. He is very level headed and can keep his cool in irate circumstances to ensure an outcome is reached. He is one of a kind.
