HVACR Leadership Awards
CLIMATE CONTROL NEWS LAST MONTH ANNOUNCED FINALISTS FOR ALL SEVEN CATEGORIES IN THE 2018 HVACR LEADERSHIP AWARDS.
THE STANDARD OF nominations was par- ticularly high which is why unfinished applica- tions were removed in the first round of judging.
Moreover, there was a record number of en- tries for the Woman of the Year in HVACR Award. This led to a total of seven finalists for this cate- gory, which is unusually high.
Winners will be announced at CCN Live 2018, which is sponsored by Refrigerant Reclaim Aus- tralia (RRA), and will be held at the Arts Centre, Melbourne on October 11, 2018. Secure your tick- ets at www.climatecontrolnews.com.au/live. Fol- lowing is an introduction to all of the Finalists.

For example, Le Grange wanted to see more opportunities for training, so what did she do? She arranged a training session for women in business. Not surprisingly, she now has her eye on management.
It's hard to believe Airmaster Australia learn- ing & development manager, Carly Stats, began her HVACR career as a receptionist. “I was able to gain a great understanding of the business as a whole, it was a fantastic learning base for me.” With her solid work ethic and leadership quali- ties, Stats was soon working in the service centre with customers and was quickly promoted to service centre supervisor where she completed her diploma in business management.
Today she is Airmaster's very first national
