“LET’S TALK” IS THE NAME OF A SERIES OF
short, informative videos that Axalta has released covering some of the biggest and most timely issues affecting bodyshops to- day. These include workflow, production management, scheduling, key perfor-
mance indicators and coaching teams, as well as best-practice tips on how to imple- ment successful change.
The tips shared in the videos are based on Axalta Services Manager, Rob- in Taylor’s extensive understanding of
the local industry, along with decades of supporting bodyshops to be more pro- ductive and efficient. It’s impossible for Taylor to visit every shop to share his knowledge, so these videos have been created as a perfect way to quickly share
best practices that will give bodyshop owners a boost to start an efficiency journey that will set them up for long-term success.
There are five videos in total, all available online for easy viewing on desktops, laptops and mobile devices. With a runtime of less than seven min- utes for each video, the “Let’s Talk” series can be quickly viewed and the insights and learnings from the videos can be immediately implemented by shop owners and managers.
