Events strike back
After an almost three year COVID- induced hiatus of in-person events, marketers from all over have raised their glasses – perhaps one too many – to celebrate the return of networking.
AANA's invite-only dinner
A place at the table is the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) exclusive dinner series gathering senior marketers at a renowned restaurant. The latest Sydney event was the first AANA event Josh Faulks attended as the new chief executive officer of the peak industry body.
Effie Awards
The annual Australian Effie Awards held at Doltone House saw The Monkeys, part of Accenture Song, named Effective Agency of the Year for the third consecutive year and Special Australia awarded The Grand Effie for its ‘Tonight I’ll be eating... for Uber Eats Australia’.

NGENers, the MFA’s support network for media professionals with less than five years experience, dressed in TikTok-worthy costumers and amped up their #maincharacteren- ergy across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne for Halloween.
