EMMA REGUSEN OF BAE SYSTEMS AUSTRALIA
Emma commenced with BAE Systems Australia in 2007 as our first female apprentice mechanical aircraft maintenance engineer on the F/A-18 Hornet Program. Emma progressed through to Trade Supervisor both in deeper maintenance and within RAAF Squadrons before moving into a Project Management career path in 2012. These duties then included working with maintenance stakeholders to develop and communicate strategies for efficient aircraft and modification delivery through effective critical chain project processes. Emma has progressed through Planning and scheduling roles across Williamtown and Pearce LIF locations before achieving the Lead-In Fighter Fleet Manager role in 2019.
 ALISON LEE OF PENTEN
Alison joined the Army in 1993 as an ADFA Cadet and went on to graduate as an Aeronautical Engineer. She served in the Army for 20 years including multiple postings in Australia and overseas. Since leaving the Army, Alison has held three positions with a focus on integrated logistics and support functions in businesses with strong defence and government links. Alison is integral to Penten’s business success with industry. Culturally she is just as important, as an industry role model.
 CAPTAIN LISA RIGBY OF AUSTRALIAN ARMY
Lisa enlisted in the Australian Army in 2012 as a Scientific Officer and was posted to the Australian Defence Force Malaria and Infectious Disease Institute (ADFMIDI). She is a part-time PhD student, investigating the impacts of insecticide resistance adaptions on the transmission of vector-borne diseases. Her research, as part of ADFMIDI, includes insecticide resistance in mosquitoes, mosquito repellents and the effectiveness of current mosquito control techniques and their implementation by ADF personnel. She also has an interest in educating personnel from local and foreign defence forces in mosquito surveillance and control.
 AMY MACALLISTER OF BOEING DEFENCE AUSTRALIA
Amy is an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) with 12 years of aircraft maintenance, humanitarian, seagoing, land warfare, and counter terrorism aviation support experience and service within the Australian Army and BDA. A high-performing aviation maintenance, management and safety professional, Amy has a proven track record in ensuring safe, efficient and productive operations supporting a $250 million fleet of Australian Army rotary wing aircraft in a multitude of settings. As with her trade career, Amy has a hunger for self-improvement. Despite the challenges of her current role, and raising two young children, she has taken on further studies in project management and training and assessment. Her goal is to advance to managerial roles within other industry areas.
 WARRANT OFFICER BRIANNE WILKINSON OF AUSTRALIAN ARMY
Brianne started life in the Army as a cook but transitioned over to the Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers as an Aircraft Life Support Fitter. With multiple out of corp and overseas postings, she has performed exceptionally on every task. She is currently working with Army’s 5th aviation regiment in the support and sustainment of Special Operations helicopters, which are transitioning from the Black Hawk to the Taipan, both of which were both heavily tasked during Operation Bushfire Assist.
 KAVITA GAHLAWAT OF EOS
Kavita is EOS Defence Systems’ General Manager, Global Supply Chain. She manages the supply chain for over 1,000 different parts from more than 300 suppliers, with supply at over $160 million per annum. Kavita knows almost every part by part number. Achieving a reduction in costs for customers and underscoring the competitiveness and continued viability of Australian Industry through developing Australian supplier partnerships is Kavita’s raison d’etre. Twelve years ago, emigrating by herself with her small children speaking very little English, Kavita was in search of work. EOS recognised her passion and gave her the chance she needed. Starting as a Materials Handler she progressed through the ranks to her current position today.
