WORST 5 YEARS: Worst time were when two members of the team died in car accidents 18 years apart – they were like family. BIGGEST CHANGES: Materials and repair processes in cars.
BIGGEST CHALLENGE IN NEXT 5 YEARS: Choice of repairers, skills shortages, access to advanced training.
