WORST 5 YEARS Early ‘90s – interest rates
were at 17% and inflation was at 9%. BIGGEST CHANGES The introduction of measuring systems as tolerances nar- rowed. ADAS is probably the most sig- nificant technology change.
BIGGEST CHALLENGE IN NEXT 5 YEARS Adapt- ing to increasing driving automation, both in terms of repairing cars with these technologies and the affect they could have on accident rates.
   TOP: Sheen Panel Service has been a force in Melbourne for over 50 years. RIGHT: Ray McMartin probably sold an Autorobot to at least half of the shops in Australia and has overseen phenomenal growth in the business.
