Following the completion of its review process, trainees will receive I-Car training credits.

 AXALTA UNFAZED IN 2NDQ ACCOUNTS
                        COATINGS INDUSTRY PROVIDER, AXAL-
ta, released its second quarter results for 2021. Its net sales increased 72.6 per cent year-over-year, driven by 56.4% higher volumes and 9.3% higher av- erage price and product mix.
Both price and product mix were positive in the period with- in the Performance Coatings division recording a 67.1% net
sales increase, including ongoing strong growth for the industrial end-market and a continued recovery in refinish end-market demand conditions.
Mobility Coatings segment price and product mix was impacted by negative mix effects, offset by stable overall pricing versus the prior year quarter. The 88.2% net sales increase for Mobili-
ty Coatings included the rebound from COVID-19-related vehicle production shut-downs in the prior year quarter.
Results were driven by continued net sales recovery from COVID-19 lows during Q2 2020, combined with sub- stantial progress in achieving price and product mix offsets to the variable cost inflation, which increased during the second quarter.
