GET REVIEWS
Once you have set up your profile com- pletely, and verified it, you can begin to en- gage with your customers. The first thing is to get reviews. To get more customers you will want to show positive reviews from past customers. Encourage all your cus- tomers to post a review on Google My Busi- ness after they pick up their vehicle. Here are some good ways to ask for reviews:

Send an SMS or email after they have picked up their car to say thank you and again remind them to leave a review – include a link to make it easy for them.

Update your profile regularly with up- dated images of vehicles you’re working on. This is a good way to showcase the different brands of vehicles you repair and the quality of your workmanship and customer service.
