being done at SNF depot. Material is supplied by M/s CONCOR
for 315 wagons and up gradation is done departmentally at SNF

during ROH attention on 300 BLC wagons till now.

v. Tyre turning of wheel sets for BLC/BOXN wagons at Pit Wheel lathe of
SC depot: Tyre turning of 829 defective wheel sets of BLC/BOXN
wagons was carried out at Pit wheel lathe of SC coaching depot
during the year 2021-22(Apr Oct). Earlier defective wheels were

being sent from SNF to RDM for tyre turning. This system
improvement has avoided the movement of lorry from SNF to
RDM and back for tyre turning of wheel sets thereby saving lot of
time and money.

vi. : 840 wagons were attended by
giving intense repairs at RDM & BPA freight depots during the
current year 2021-22(Apr Oct).

vii. Quick Watering System at SC station: Quick coach watering
system has been fully automated at Secunderabad Station to

reduce the time taken for filling the water in the coaches. To
achieve this existing pumping system has been replaced with a
New Automatic Coach watering system having 6 nos. of 20 HP
pumps.

viii. Installation of surveillance system of CC cameras: At locations of

Railway Owned EIMWBs installed at SUH, SKP, CHZ, KZJ, HSP, STBD,
MAGH and TNGM stations, the surveillance system of CC cameras
is commissioned and can be monitored online. Provision of cameras
in remaining two Weigh bridges(SC & HYB), where VPH is weighed,
under process.

ix. Installation and Commissioning of Online Monitoring of Rolling Stock
(OMRS): New Online Monitoring of Rolling Stock (OMRS) on Dn Main
line near SKZR station in BPQ-WL section has been commissioned
on 29.01.2021. This is used to identify following
