2.3.5 Employee Self Service (ESS): This module was launched and is
operational from Dec’2020, which enables employees to view/edit their
details.

2.3.6 E-APAR: This module was launched and is operational from

Dec’2020. For the year 2020-21, only E-APAR will be processed.
Currently, all the previous manual APARs uploading in the HRMS website
is in progress.
2.3.7 Settlement module: This module was launched in this month for

settlement of normal retirement employees.

2.3.8 ESS module: Employee self service(ESS) module started during the
month of March 2021, enables the employee to view/edit his personal
details.

2.4 GRIEVANCE/HRMS/UMID(PRCP/WP) CAMPS:
Grievance camps were conducted at HYB, SC, VKB, BIDR, KZJ, DKJ and
BDCR stations during September and October months wherein 347
grievances were received, 273 were cleared and remaining under

process and will be completed by 30.11.2021. Grievance camps will be
conducted at LPI, SNF & TDU in the month of November, 2021.
2.5. DIGITISED SR COPY TO EMPLOYEES ON SUPERANNUATION:

Digitised copy of SR Compact Disc (CD) is being handed over to the
employees retiring from the service along with the settlement papers on
the day of retirement. The same is also being mailed to the employee’s
email id.

2.6 UPLOADING OF DIGITISED DATA:

 Seniority lists of 2021 of all categories of all departments have been
uploaded in the official website wherein employees can view their
seniority.

 Inter Railway/Divisional request/mutual transfer and Intra divisional
transfer lists were uploaded in the official website wherein employees
can view their priority in transfer list.
