GANGADHARA:
Gangadhara is also an important Granite Loading point and the width
of the platform was only 11M. There was severe constraint of stacking
of granite, vehicle/trucks reversals due to the insufficient width of the
loading platform. Additional width of 11M was provided to make the
full size loading platform of 22 M width & 700 M length for easy reversals
and for stacking of granite duly providing WBM. For improvement of
Goods shed an investment of Rs.32 Lakhs was done which has
improved the utilisation of Goods shed substantially. A total of 147
rakes were loaded and Rs.35.7 Crores were earned during the period
September 2020 to August 2021.
