R We’ve teamed up with Walker and Company on this
project. The Avilla Suncoast project consists of
O single-family homes and duplex rentals that total
152 units, not including the Clubhouse. The Avilla
J Suncoast project is just breaking ground and is
scheduled to be complete next year.

T STARKEY RANCH THEATER LIBRARY CULTURAL CENTER

Starkey Ranch TLC is part of the Starkey
Ranch Community in Odessa, FL. This facility
H includes a theater where students from the
adjacent K-8 school can use it for their
I activities. Job duration was 18 months start-
ing in February 2020, expected to finish in
G March 2021.
