               APUS is an “At-Will” employer. The employee and APUS each have the right to terminate employment
               during or after the introductory period of employment, without advance notice and without cause.

               No person, other than the CEO and/or President, has the authority to create a contract of employment
               between  a  person  and  APUS.  Additionally,  no  person  other than  the  CEO and/or  President  has  the
               authority to alter the at-will nature of an employee’s employment relationship with APUS.
