Angular Size (Degrees and Radians)
Angles in Trigonometry can be measured in either radians or degrees:
• Degree
In a circle defined the angle of one rotation of magnitude 360°
1
1 = 360° ↔ = 1°
360
• Radians
P
The large angle in radians is defined as the
comparison between the length of the arc
in front of the angle and the length of the O Q
radius of the circle.

1. The Relationship Between Degrees and Radians
Known angle of one large spin 360° or 2 radians.
1 = 360° = 2
↔ 180° =
180°
↔ 1° = 1 =
180
Corners and Quadrants
The angle is obtained by rotating the axis line on the positive X
axis counterclockwise with point O as the center of the spin. The
coordinate fields are divided into four quadrants. Large angles on each
quadrant are presented as follows.
