Financial Options

Thank you, for the trust that you have placed in us. We would like to take this opportunity to offer your financial choices.

During the arrangement conference, many important decisions are made regarding services and merchandise. Full
payment for these selections is due prior to the funeral or memorial service. Should you foresee difficulty in making
payment in full prior to services, please indicate that to your funeral director.

If you wish, as a convenience to you, we will advance cash on your behalf for services you request, such as death
certificates, honorariums, necessary government permits, cemetery costs, etc. CASH ADVANCED ON YOUR BEHALF IS
SUBJECT TO A 10% PROCESSING FEE.

In order to provide you financial flexibility, we extend to our families the following payment options to satisfy the fi-
nancial obligations prior to services.

Due to the complexity and time involved, we are unable to accept payments from estates.

• Prepaid Funeral Arrangements • Credit Card
• Financing (O.A.C. through Lending USA.)
