We all know keeping our body healthy is very important in any situation. In this pandemic, we have to
               exercise to keep ourselves fit, at the same time we also have to stay flexible and mentally healthy. We
               have to meditate and do yoga for at least 1 hour a day to stay healthy. There are many advantages of
               yoga and meditation, here are some of them:

                   ➢  Controls Anxiety. Less stress translates to less anxiety.

                   ➢  May Reduce Age-Related Memory Loss.
                   ➢  Can Generate Kindness.
                   ➢  May Help Fight Addictions.

                   ➢  maintaining a balanced metabolism.
